Established: Town notice for September 8 confirms applicant withdrawal and closure of the current proposal. This is not a final council denial.
Still separate: Any revised application, its notices and hearings. Notice/agenda item numbering differs; approved minutes were not retrieved.
Established: June 9 company report: two original buildings operational, six under construction, and groundbreaking on the separate Microsoft campus.
Needs proof: Later building commissioning and campus-specific operating capacity. September’s portfolio total does not update the local count. End-2026 expansion and mid-2027 first Microsoft building remain company targets.
Established: Google’s June 4 report describes data-center construction; Quantum energy capacity and a separate County agreement have their own records.
Needs proof: Later compute energization and a start notice for the separate agreement. Quantum’s operations narrative still conflicts with its construction status field.
San Angelo · adopted rules and proposed development
Established: The City overview lists zoning/rule votes and says no within-city-limits development application has been received.
Needs proof: A filed application, executed incentive agreement or construction/commissioning notice. Rules and developer projections alone establish none of those milestones.
