What we know now
Boerne is drafting special-use and setback rules for any future data center, but no specific named campus is treated as confirmed in this directory.
This is a working local record. Status reflects public announcements, filings, construction reports, and operating information available on the review date—not a guarantee that every proposed phase will be built.
