Enquiries and approval
The campaign enquiry form submits a request for review. It does not create a subscription, authorize recurring charges, reserve inventory or publish an ad. We confirm the advertiser, creative, destination link, selected pages, available placement and price before sending the matching secure Stripe subscription link.
Standard city advertising
Standard placements are business or advertising cards farther down the selected city pages. Monthly launch rates are $25 per city, $200 for 10 cities, $300 for 20 cities, or $500 for all current city pages. These bundles cover standard placements. Individual-city coverage is $25 per selected city per month; a qualifying lower-priced bundle will be shown before purchase. The agreement identifies the exact selected pages and any applicable taxes.
City banner sponsorship
The city-banner launch rate is $250 per month for one dedicated banner near the top of one selected city page. Each city has one primary banner sponsor slot, subject to confirmed availability. It is reserved for the approved sponsor while its subscription remains paid and active, including the remainder of a paid period after cancellation.
This reserves the primary banner position. Competing businesses may advertise elsewhere on the page. Industry/category exclusivity, other custom sponsorships and managed campaigns require a separate written scope and price. Standard multi-city bundles do not include primary banners.
Monthly payment and automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The first paid period starts when the approved ad is ready to launch. Before starting, the advertiser must explicitly agree to the recurring amount, billing frequency, first billing date, automatic renewal and cancellation terms. Charges repeat each month until the advertiser cancels. We do not use a preselected recurring-billing consent box. An enquiry alone is not that consent.
Cancellation
Stripe provides online subscription management, invoice history and payment-method updates. Cancel before the displayed next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the ad continues through that period and the reserved banner slot remains occupied until then. There is no new monthly charge after cancellation takes effect.
Use the secure Stripe billing portal, or email Ollie@ChainofHonorUSA.com with your business name and campaign reference. Do not include card or bank details.
Price changes
We honor the agreed price for the purchased period. Any increase to an existing subscription is communicated at least 30 days before it takes effect, including the new amount and effective renewal date, with an opportunity to cancel. Future new bookings may have different launch rates. Existing agreed campaigns retain their purchased terms.
Delivery, credits and refunds
If we fail to provide the agreed advertising placement, we will arrange a credit or refund for the undelivered portion. The campaign agreement states how delivery, interruptions, credits and refunds are handled. Cancelling renewal does not itself shorten the current paid period. We do not guarantee visitor counts, clicks, leads or hires.
Reporting
Advertiser reports may show measured ad views and clicks, city coverage and billing status when those measurements are available. Metrics that cannot be measured reliably are identified as unavailable; page views are not presented as ad views or clicks. Counts are not guaranteed to represent unique people or audited traffic.
Free school community advertising
High schools and school-affiliated groups, including booster clubs, receive free community advertising after affiliation, creative and destination-link review. No payment card, checkout or paid subscription is required. Relevant local placement is the default; no school-ad city limit or end date has been established. Commercial advertisers, including staffing companies, pay commercial rates. A commercial business does not qualify merely by mentioning a school.
Editorial independence and privacy
Paid placements are labeled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored.” Sponsors do not control reporting, project status, evidence standards or corrections. Advertising claims must be supportable. See our editorial standards and advertiser privacy policy.
