Résumé builder and upload
You can build, print and save a résumé without submitting it. You can also upload an existing PDF, DOC or DOCX résumé. Information is retained only when you check the consent box and select either “Submit to the COH Talent Network” or “Upload my résumé.”
Information submitted
A submitted profile may include your name, contact information, location, work history, skills, credentials, education, an uploaded résumé file and other résumé details you provide.
How it may be used
DataCentersTX.com and Chain of Honor USA may use submitted information to evaluate and contact you about employment, staffing, training and project opportunities. Submission does not guarantee employment.
Sharing
We do not sell worker résumés. Information may be shared with prospective employers, staffing partners or project partners for legitimate workforce opportunities consistent with your consent.
Retention and security
We retain submitted information and uploaded files for workforce and staffing purposes until they are no longer needed or you request deletion. Access should be limited to authorized workforce personnel.

Request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@datacenterstx.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity.
Advertiser campaign enquiries
When you consent and submit a campaign enquiry, we store your business and contact name, email, optional phone and website, campaign preference, markets, timing, budget and brief, plus a request reference, consent version and submission date. Authorized site operators use this information to review your campaign and contact you about placements, quotes and billing. Submission is not a newsletter or advertising subscription and does not reserve advertising.
Do not submit payment-card or bank details in the enquiry form. Approved advertisers enter payment details only on Stripe-hosted subscription and billing pages. We retain enquiries while needed for campaign review and administration, or until you request deletion; Stripe’s privacy policy applies when you use its services. Use the privacy request email above to request access, correction or deletion and include your request reference where available.
Approved campaign billing records
For an approved campaign, we retain its selected cities, reviewed creative and destination links, approved monthly price, approval and billing status, and applicable Stripe customer, checkout, subscription and invoice identifiers. We record recurring-terms consent, payment-period end and cancellation information for campaign administration. Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages; we do not receive full payment-card numbers or bank-account details.
Advertising activity reports
For displayed ads we record the campaign, city, view or click, timestamp and a short-lived random event identifier. A view is recorded after a loaded ad is at least half visible for one second. These records do not contain your name, email, IP address or a persistent visitor identifier. They support private campaign activity reports for the advertiser and authorized site operators. Counts are not unique people or audited traffic. Advertiser image hosts and linked websites may receive connection information when their content loads or you visit them.
